Dusty Powers, CMD, RTT
Chief Executive OfficerDusty is a Certified Medical Dosimetrist and Radiation Therapist and brings 19 years of experience in the field of Radiation Oncology. During his time, he has built and led multiple organizations, serving as a Director of Clinical Resources, Director of Clinical Services, as well as founder and CEO. Dusty’s passion for patient care and extensive experience in the field of Radiation Oncology directly aligns with the foundation at RTS – To provide cost-effective patient care that exceeds the national standards.
Brice Hamilton, MS DABR
Vice President of Clinical ServicesBrice brings us over 10 years of Clinical and Physics service experience. During his career, Brice has been Chief Medical Physicist, Director of Physicist Service, and most recently, Director of Clinical Transition and Implementation. With a specialization in safety and efficiency, Brice brings an analytical, yet practical approach to problem solving.
Alex PLowman, BS, CMD, RT(r)(T)
Chief Business OfficerAlex began his career as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist and Radiation Therapist, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in the Radiation Oncology field. Over the past 18 years, Alex was the Founder and CEO of a Medical Physics and Dosimetry Services company, a Senior United States Director of Dosimetry, as well as Chief Revenue Officer, proving him to be a true growth strategist and an oncology expert.
Kim Owen, RT(r)(T), MHA
Chief of OperationsKim brings more than 15 years of progressive leadership in radiation oncology operations, supported by an extensive clinical background in radiation therapy. As Chief Operating Officer, she focuses on operational excellence, aligning clinical and business strategies to support sustainable growth and high-quality patient care.
Kim has led initiatives that improve operational performance, strengthen revenue cycle processes, and enhance the patient experience. Known for building high-performing teams and driving practical, results-oriented solutions, she plays a key role in supporting practice growth while maintaining regulatory compliance in a rapidly evolving healthcare environment.
Katie Regan, MBA
Director of Marketing & Business OperationsFor RTS, Katie leads strategic marketing initiatives and oversees operational alignment across the organization. With more than 10 years of experience in radiation therapy, she brings deep industry insight to translating complex services into clear, compelling messaging and efficient processes. Her work supports RTS employees by improving internal workflows and clarity, while helping clients experience seamless partnerships, consistent communication, and high-quality service aligned with RTS’s commitment to innovation and excellence.
